Your account
How do I sign in?
Enter your email on the sign-in page. We'll email you a secure sign-in link. Click the link and you're in — no passwords to remember.
I'm not getting the sign-in email.
Check your spam folder. Add thaisparks.com to your contacts. If you still don't see anything after 5 minutes, email [email protected] and we'll help. Make sure you used the exact email you signed up with.
I want to change my email address.
Go to Settings → Account and update your email. We'll send a confirmation link to the new address. Your account history (matches, photos, messages) stays the same.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm. After a 14-day grace period, your personal information is anonymised. Your username stays reserved so nobody else can claim it.
I deleted my account by mistake.
If it's within the 14-day grace period, sign in and you'll be prompted to restore. After 14 days, the account is gone and cannot be recovered.
Subscription & billing
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep Premium until that date, and no further charges are made.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription charges are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for full details. If you believe you have a claim under the Australian Consumer Law, email [email protected].
My payment failed.
Your Premium access pauses and we'll prompt you to update your payment method. Once you do, Premium resumes immediately. If you don't update within a reasonable retry window, the subscription is cancelled.
I see a charge I don't recognise.
Email [email protected] before raising a dispute with your bank. We can usually identify the charge and refund it within one business day if a refund is genuinely owed.
Your profile
My photo was rejected. Why?
Photos must clearly show your face, contain only you, and have no minors, nudity, drugs, weapons, or commercial content. They must be at least 200×200 pixels and under 5 MB. See the Community Guidelines for the full list.
How do I change my main photo?
Edit Profile → tap the photo you want as your main, then choose "Make main". The change goes live once the photo is approved (usually within an hour).
What is the selfie-matched badge?
It means the member completed our optional selfie-comparison feature. ThaiSparks does not verify members — the badge does not guarantee identity, age or intent. Use it as one signal, and always exercise your own judgement. See Dating Safety.
Can I change my gender after signup?
Not directly. If you signed up with the wrong gender, email [email protected] with your username and we'll help.
Who can see my profile?
Other members who match the search filters your profile fits. You can adjust privacy settings in Settings → Privacy.
Safety, blocking and reporting
How do I block someone?
Open their profile and tap Block. They won't see you in search, and you won't see them. To unblock, go to Edit Profile → Block list.
How do I report someone?
Tap Report Profile on their profile, or Report Message in a chat. We don't tell the reported user who reported them. A moderator reviews every report.
Someone blocked me and I want to report them.
Email [email protected] with whatever username and details you remember. We'll investigate.
I'm being harassed off-platform.
We can't see messages on WhatsApp, Line, or other services, but we want to know. Email [email protected] with screenshots and the ThaiSparks username if you have it. If you're in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
